Mapping Shakespeare

Every play, every setting, one map

Shakespeare set his tragedies, comedies, histories, and romances across three dozen real and near-real locations, from Elsinore to Cyprus to the shores of Bohemia. This map plots every play by its principal setting, colour-coded by genre, with a quote from the text at each point.
