The Agile Picture Book

Simon Gibson

The Agile Picture Book

Mika starts her first day at A Corporation with one simple task: find the DevOps engineers. What follows is a floor-by-floor tour through every job title tech has ever invented — Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, Security Consultants, and a CIO rehearsing for the board meeting — each one gently, lovingly skewered along the way.

If you've ever sat in a standup wondering what a Release Train Engineer actually does, or watched a Product Owner wiggle their fingers at a wall of widgets, this book is for you. It's a picture book for grown-ups who work in tech — sharp, affectionate, and instantly recognisable to anyone who has spent a career navigating org charts.
